She runs everyday operations to ensure our client relationships are maintained with excellence and passionate care.
Jennifer holds more than 20 years of customer care experience professionally supporting and managing operational tasks. She excels in structuring, growing, and caring for small business entities and confidently brings that same excellence to our team and our clients, providing a personalized, high-touch service experience. Having spent most of her career in business management, with a sharp focus on small business customer care, she knows the importance of recognizing the details and executing them. She thoughtfully brings that care and management knowledge to each of our client relationships.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves “calling bingo” at the local assisted living, and when she’s not enjoying an outdoor sport, you’ll find her with neighbors and friends pouring themselves into a strategic board game. Her mental health game changers are outdoor biking and morning sunshine.
