This has been our philosophy since day one, and it continues to this day! Just ask our co-founder Blake Street, featured in the video at right. Combining multiple decades of experience and a desire to build a truly client centered firm, our founders set out to join forces. Just like that, Warren Street Wealth Advisors was born in 2015.

Victor Campos, CPA, CFP®

Lead Advisor

Victor joined Warren Street Wealth Advisors as a Lead Advisor in June of 2026. He has a masters degree in Accountancy from San Diego State University, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California, and is CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

Prior to joining Warren Street. Victor was a member of the Advanced Wealth Planning Team at Lido Advisors, where he built comprehensive financial plans and advised clients on how to most efficiently and effectively achieve their financial goals. As a part of this team he helped clients implement tax and estate strategies, identify risk factors, and manage cash flow needs. He did this while also educating those he advised to ensure that he was not only providing information but also helping clients understand the reasoning behind certain decisions.

When he is outside of work, Victor enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Whether it's going out to try new places to eat or attending family gatherings, Victor appreciates the moments he gets to spend with those closest to him. Mental and physical health play a major role in Victor’s day to day activities. He prioritizes maintaining an active lifestyle through weightlifting and going on walks and hikes with his wife.

Jennifer Horner

Operations & Compliance Associate

Warren Street Wealth Advisors welcomes Jennifer Horner as an Operations and Compliance Associate. With over two decades dedicated to supporting clients and advisors, Jennifer brings extensive expertise in operational efficiency and supervisory requirements.

Before joining Warren Street Wealth Advisors, Jennifer held various roles over 12 years, including 5 years in an advisor supervisory capacity and 7 years as a client service associate. She holds a strong foundation of industry credentials, including her Series 7, Series 66, and Series 24 licenses.

In her new role, Jennifer will focus on maintaining high standards, working with total integrity, and ensuring that efficient operations serve as the backbone for both the firm's growth and client confidence.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, often enjoying the Southern California weather. When time allows, she enjoys reading and crafting. Her mental health game changer is to relax and recharge with a good book or a walk, rain or shine.

Isaiah Knox, MBA

Onboarding Coordinator

Isaiah Knox is an Onboarding Coordinator with over seven years of experience in financial services, specializing in client relationship management, retirement planning support, and operational excellence. He holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University

In his current role, Isaiah focuses on delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into the firm’s planning process. He works closely with advisors and internal teams to coordinate account setup, manage client documentation, and maintain clear communication throughout each stage of the onboarding journey. His attention to detail and client-first mindset help build a strong foundation for long-term relationships.

Prior to this role, Isaiah served in client-facing advisory and retirement consulting positions with firms such as Charles Schwab and Fidelity Investments. In these roles, he provided investment and retirement guidance, supported clients through rollovers and employer-sponsored plans, and consistently exceeded performance goals. 

Outside of work, Isaiah enjoys playing board games with his kids and going on nature walks with his family.

Nicole Pepper

Client Service Associate

Nicole Pepper holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration degree with a major in Operations Management from The University of Alabama.

At Warren Street, Nicole supports clients with their transactional needs and any questions they may have. As a key member of the Operations team, she also focuses on increasing the team's efficiency through continuous improvement projects.

Nicole brings over three years of experience as a detail-oriented financial specialist. Before joining Warren Street, she was a Financial Wellness Manager at Alabama ONE Credit Union, where she organized financial planning and education efforts across more than 30 counties. She also served as a Financial Planning and Insurance Specialist at Ameriprise Financial, where she provided support to five advisors. Earlier in her career, Nicole utilized her skills as an analyst and project manager for Michelin North America.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with close friends and family, cherishing conversations over dinner and post-meal board games. A mental health game-changer for her is spending time outdoors; Nicole believes fresh air can improve any day, whether she's sitting on the porch on a rainy day or playing tennis in the blazing heat.

Hillary Curtis, MBA

Tax Administrator

Hillary Curtis, the new Tax Administrator for Next Street Tax, holds a Bachelor's in Legal Studies from Valdosta State University and a Master's in Finance from Mercer University.

Her interest in tax began in high school, where she took a course that covered investing, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and business planning. This early exposure inspired her to pursue a career in accounting. Before joining Next Street Tax in August 2025, she worked at Richardson Bookkeeping for almost four years, gaining valuable experience that prepared her for this new chapter.

Hillary is dedicated to her community, having helped build a greenhouse for a women's shelter and mentored young people. She plans to promote financial literacy, encourage early investing, and create scholarships for aspiring accountants from her hometown to cover school costs and exam fees for the CPA or EA.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching romantic comedies, and attending concerts. To manage stress and maintain her mental well-being, she follows a personal philosophy inspired by her father's quote, "One day at a time Sweet Jesus!" Hillary hopes her ambitious and warm personality will make her a valuable and joyful addition to the team.

Phillip Law

Phillip Law, CFA

Senior Portfolio Manager

Phillip graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Finance and has previously held different positions at Warren Street Wealth Advisors. He now returns as both a Senior Portfolio Manager and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) where his focus lies in portfolio management, trading & rebalancing, and capital markets.

Prior to his return, Phillip worked in Capital Group's performance function where he reported to various committees and provided in-depth performance research to portfolio managers and strategists. During his tenure at Capital Group, Phillip sharpened his skills in investment returns analysis and data visualization. He hopes to leverage his experience to better serve Warren Street's clients through improved education and a more optimized portfolio management approach.

Outside of his professional pursuits, you can find Phillip lunging on the badminton court, sharing culinary adventures with his grandma, or navigating the virtual realms of a video game. Phillip's mental health game changer is honoring his commitment to staying physically active, whether that involves engaging in various sports or appreciating the simple, restorative power of a walk.

Kristiano Costeniero

Strategic Advisor

Kristiano is a Strategic Advisor, specializing in comprehensive wealth planning for high-net-worth families and individuals. He joined the firm in February 2025 after spending 21-years as Vice President at Goldman Sachs Ayco. His areas of expertise include investment management, cash flow and retirement planning, employee benefits, risk management and insurance planning, as well as tax and estate planning.


Outside of work, Kristiano enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children, usually exploring the outdoors through camping, hiking, and cycling. In his personal time, he stays active through regular gym sessions, ice hockey, and motorsports events. For Kristiano, staying physically fit is the key to enjoying the financial fruits of your labor, allowing him to pursue his personal and professional goals.

Paisley Mederios

Onboarding Coordinator

Paisley graduated with honors from The College of Idaho in January 2024, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with minors in Communications and Human Performance. She credits her professors with fostering her open-mindedness and deepening her understanding of the importance of advocating for others.

Paisley began her professional journey at a small wealth management firm, where she gained valuable experience as a Client Service Associate. Passionate about clear communication, she strives to make the world of finance more approachable and fulfilling for clients.

Sports have always been a significant part of Paisley’s life. She spent much of her upbringing playing travel softball and later had the opportunity to continue her athletic career in college. In the near future, she aspires to become a coach, sharing her knowledge and love of sports with the next generation. When she's not working, Paisley enjoys spending time outdoors, mountain biking, hiking, traveling, and skiing. A mental health game changer for her is working toward summiting the Idaho 12ers. Indoors, you can find her perfecting her espresso shots or planning her next adventure.

Paisley’s diverse background, strong communication skills, and passion for personal growth drive her to be a valuable asset in every aspect of her work and life.  

Ernest Jones, CPA

Director of Tax

Ernest Jones graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He later obtained his Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2008. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). 

Ernest began his career working at a local CPA firm in Las Vegas in 2006. Here, he worked through all aspects of accounting, ranging from payroll tax filings to financial statement audits. Through the course of his career, he focused on the income tax aspect of accounting along with general business consulting. He founded a solo practice working alongside small business owners to address the administrative needs revolving around tax and running a business.


Outside of work, you can likely find Ernest in the throes of whatever his new obsession is at the moment, whether it be making craft cocktails, reading the minutiae of a current band he is listening to, or diving deep into the details of whatever pop culture media has captured his and his wife, Sandra's, attention. His mental health game changer is spending time with his wife and friends, making it a point to be present in the moment.

Bryan Cassick, MBA, CFP®

Lead Advisor

Bryan joined Warren Street Wealth Advisors as a Lead Advisor in June of 2023. He holds both a Bachelor's and Master’s of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Albany in New York, and he is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™

Prior to joining Warren Street, Bryan spent nine years as a financial planner at Goldman Sachs. During his time at the firm, Bryan advised clients on cash flow, retirement planning, investments, employee benefits, health care, insurance, and tax and estate planning. Later, he transitioned to another department where he specialized in helping individuals that recently lost a loved one by educating them on probate and estate settlement, Social Security, and employee benefits. Bryan enjoys sharing his planning knowledge with his clients here at Warren Street. 

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys being a busy dad and husband. He loves spending time with his daughter and wife and cherishes those moments. Recently, Bryan and his wife started a family tradition of visiting America’s beautiful National Parks — so far, they have 15 under their belts. When it comes to mental and physical health, Bryan finds that connecting with others and having a good daily routine is what makes him feel good. Don’t be surprised to find Bryan entertaining his friends and family by singing and strumming away on his ukulele or bass. 

Jennifer Battles

Director of Operations

Jennifer’s passion is people and their futures. Supporting the team as we serve and guide clients through the necessary steps to prepare for financial stability and confidence is of the utmost importance to her. She runs everyday operations to ensure our client relationships are maintained with excellence and passionate care.

Jennifer holds more than 20 years of customer care experience professionally supporting and managing operational tasks. She excels in structuring, growing, and caring for small business entities and confidently brings that same excellence to our team and our clients, providing a personalized, high-touch service experience. Having spent most of her career in business management, with a sharp focus on small business customer care, she knows the importance of recognizing the details and executing them. She thoughtfully brings that care and management knowledge to each of our client relationships.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves “calling bingo” at the local assisted living, and when she’s not enjoying an outdoor sport, you’ll find her with neighbors and friends pouring themselves into a strategic board game. Her mental health game changers are outdoor biking and morning sunshine.

As Director of Operations, Jennifer brings a joyful kindness to the care and support she provides. She lives by the philosophy that we have the choice to leave people better than we found them – so choose to be someone’s smile, not their frown.

Blake Street, CFA, CFP®

Founding Partner & Chief Investment Officer

Blake Street is a Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Warren Street Wealth Advisors. Blake graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, and he is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).


Blake began his career in Financial Services at La Pointe Wealth Management, LPL Financial, in 2008. For four years he operated in a multi-faceted role, which encompassed comprehensive financial planning, investment management, trading, and research.


At Warren Street Wealth Advisors, Blake leverages his professional and academic experience to equip the firm’s clients and their advisors with the tools necessary to secure financial futures. Blake believes financial planning and a disciplined investment approach drive successful outcomes.


Away from the office, Blake is an avid pickleballer, washed up gamer, Lakers fanatic, volunteer, and traveler. His mental health game changer is to connect with friends and compete, especially on the pickleball courts (though he will take part in pretty much anything). Most importantly, he is married to his best friend and high school sweetheart, Maelesa. Together, they are raising their beautiful children Reece (2019) and Rowan (2021), and Dad is his favorite title of all.

Jennifer La

Director of Sales & Marketing

Jennifer graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing and Information Systems with a minor in Advertising. During her academic years, Jennifer was a President’s Scholar and served as the Website Executive Director for the Business Honors Program. She began her career in the financial services industry while still in college, serving multiple roles under marketing for a securities licensing prep company.

At Warren Street, Jennifer taps into her passion for UI/UX to improve the customer experience for Warren Street clients, so they can have a better understanding of their finances. 

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family, eating at new “foodie” restaurants, and watching dramas. Her mental health game changer is to go to the gym four times a week and swim at least once a week. Jennifer encourages everyone to bring along a gym buddy to their workouts for accountability in reaching health goals. 

Len Hanson

Regional Director – South Bay

Len started in the financial services industry in 1991. Prior to this, Len spent 10 years working for a large oil refinery in Los Angeles, where he developed an interest in the stock market.

While working at the refinery, Len began to manage his own 401(k) and started following the stock markets closely. Eventually, his co-workers learned of this and started coming to him for financial advice. Len became an advisor from 1991 to 2002 while also working at the refinery until he was forced with a tough decision from his broker/dealer. He had to quit working at the refinery or give up his practice. With two young kids he made a tough choice but continued working full time for the refinery.

Len continued to craft his skills and follow the markets offering education and guidance to his co-workers when it came to their 401(k)s, pensions, and financial plans.

When his co-workers and friend began to retire, they did not want anyone else managing their money, so Len came back into the financial advisory world by joining Warren Street Wealth Advisors.

In his spare time, Len enjoys the outdoors, hiking, working out, and spending time with his children, Chelsey and Bryce, and wife, Danya. His mental health game changer is playing pickleball, and you can find him on the courts any chance he gets.

Aileen Joy Obedoza

Senior Client Service Associate

Aileen studied Human Development at California State University, Long Beach. An altruist at heart, she has always been interested in making the most of all of the connections that she makes with people in her life.

She began her career at a non-profit organization where she supervised an after-school program serving children with developmental and physical disabilities for nine years.

Aileen then made the move to the financial sector and worked at Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company as an Administrative Assistant for four years. In this role, she sharpened her skills in providing a high level of customer service. Here, she was able to provide quality customer service with attention to detail and enjoyed relationship building with her colleagues and the clients she served.

In 2014 she was awarded an aviation scholarship for her ground school work in aviation at Orange Coast College and has logged 20+ hours of flight time.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Basking in the sun and taking morning or after dinner walks with her family continue to keep her healthy and happy. She also enjoys volunteering and will take every opportunity she gets to dance in the rain.

As a Client Service Associate, Aileen is able to bring her years of experience in excellent client service and her ability to solve a problem with a smile to the Warren Street Wealth team.

Veronica Cabral, CFP®

Lead Advisor

Veronica has been a dedicated professional in financial services since 2011. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California State University, Fullerton. Joining Warren Street Wealth Advisors in 2016, she began her journey as a Client Service Associate before advancing to Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer. She earned her CFP® designation and now serves as a Lead Advisor for the firm working directly with clients on all aspects of financial planning.

Veronica is passionate about ensuring that all her clients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their financial journeys. Fluent in Spanish, she strives to create a welcoming environment for diverse clients.

Outside of her professional commitments, Veronica enjoys cooking, diving into a good book, and advocating for women in finance through her personal blog, Vee Makes Cents. Veronica’s mental health game changer is having routines to help keep her days organized and making sure she schedules time to do things like work out and take care of herself. Above all, she treasures her role as a wife and mother to her son. 

Justin D. Rucci, CFP®

Lead Advisor

Justin joined Warren Street Wealth as a Wealth Advisor in April of 2018. He has a degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Albany in New York and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

Prior to joining Warren Street, Justin worked for five years as a financial planner at Goldman Sachs, advising a variety of clients in matters including cash flow & retirement, investments, employee benefits, health care, insurance, and tax and estate planning. 

In his spare time, Justin enjoys taking weekend trips, trying his neighborhood’s latest restaurants, and relaxing with his family and friends. Justin is always looking for a new adventure and enjoys going on hikes with friends; he considers hiking Angel’s Landing in Zion National Park as one of the most exciting hikes he has ever accomplished. Health and wellness is important to him, as he tries to maintain an active schedule of frequent activity. Going for a walk outside is one of Justin’s favorite activities for both physical and mental health.

Emily Balmages, CFP®

Director of Financial Planning

Emily is the Director of Financial Planning for Warren Street Wealth Advisors. Her core focus is working directly with clients. She also oversees training and education for Wealth Advisors.

Prior to joining Warren Street, Emily served as a Wealth Planner for a family office in Newport Beach. Emily has extensive experience counseling clients on all stages of the financial planning and wealth management process, with specializations in tax planning and multi-generational planning.

Earlier in her career, Emily worked as a client service manager and tax preparer for a fee-only wealth management firm in the San Francisco Bay Area serving high net worth individuals. Emily’s work experience is complemented by her insight into the often complex behavioral aspects of family finances.

Emily attained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2015. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Berkeley.

When not working, Emily loves spending time with her three kids, reading, running, and hiking. Emily and her 20-year-old daughter are weightlifting partners, and they have a lot of fun being workout buddies and keeping each other accountable.

Cary Warren Facer

Partner Emeritus

Cary Facer co-founded Warren Street Wealth and served the firm and our clients for many years. He transitioned to Partner Emeritus in status in 2024 to focus his time on new professional and personal endeavors.


While no longer serving clients in an advisory capacity, Cary continues to be a trusted advisor to the Warren Street leadership team. We are thankful for the commitment and contributions he made to the organization and most importantly our clients.
