Onboarding Coordinator
Overview:
Warren Street Wealth Advisors is seeking an organized, attentive, and proactive Onboarding Coordinator to support our sales team as we grow our client base nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining our sales pipeline, tracking cases, and ensuring seamless client interactions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pipeline & Case Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline by tracking all open cases and leads. Keep accurate records within the CRM to ensure efficient follow-up, timely case progression, and detailed reporting.
- Client Meeting & Proposal Support: Support initial client meetings by preparing and sending proposals, taking detailed notes, and following up on key action items to enhance client engagement.
- Onboarding Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between sales reps and advisors, executing all aspects of onboarding to ensure a seamless hand-off to the client service associate.
- Meetings & Reporting: Attend weekly team and one-on-one meetings with sales reps to review case statuses, prioritize follow-up strategies, and track pipeline goals. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and pipeline progress to keep the team informed and focused.
- Lead Nurturing & Data Management: Proactively engage and re-engage leads to keep the pipeline active, using outreach strategies to convert cold leads to warm. Manage, clean, and organize lead data in the CRM for accurate and timely follow-up.
- Client Interaction & Support: Coordinate client onboarding communications and manage follow-up on inquiries to create a high-quality, responsive client experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
- 3+ years of experience in an RIA
- Bonus point for Series 65 Licensure
- Desire to provide high quality work and client satisfaction with strong personal ethics and moral code
- Experience in Salesforce, Wealthscape, GSuite a plus but not required
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and be trustworthy and reliable
- Self-starter who can work independently, is proactive, knows how to prioritize and has high standards
- Enjoys engaging customers and building rapport
- Enjoys being part of a supportive and fun work environment while providing high quality work and client satisfaction
Compensation & Perks:
- This will be a full-time W-2 position
